What days do deliveries take place?
We deliver every Sunday and Wednesday morning. Fish and prawns are procured late the previous night directly from coastal catches to ensure they never sit in cold storage.
How is the seafood packed?
Your order is vacuum-packed and housed in insulated ice thermocol containers. This maintains optimal moisture and an exact 0-4°C temperature from pack-out until your doorstep.
Gross Weight vs Net Weight
We maintain 100% pricing transparency. Every item clearly shows its whole/gross weight and final pan-ready net weight after descaling, degutting, and cleaning.
